Ingredients
  

Bars
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanila Extract
  • 1 tsp Orange zest
  • 1 1/3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate chips
Frosting
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Orange zest
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Melted White Chocolate

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    Mix in the baking powder, salt, and flour.
    Fold in the orange zest, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  3. Transfer to a parchment lined 13X9 baking dish.
    Bake for 25 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Once the bars are cooled, frost and top with dried cranberries and drizzle white chocolate.
    Slice into triangles and ENJOY!

  1. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 1lb Italian sausage
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Can of Rotel diced tomatoes, 10oz
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 16oz Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 4oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Top with more Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, onion and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5–8 minutes.
    Add in the minced garlic and let cook for 1 minute.
    Season with all the seasonings.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and canned diced tomatoes and bring the soup to a simmer.
    Add the pasta to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 10-12 minutes, until the pasta is tender.
  3. Lower the heat to medium-low. Stir in the heavy cream, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted and the soup is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste if needed.
    Ladle the soup into bowls, top with extra Parmesan cheese. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 15oz can red kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 15oz can pinto beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 15oz can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 10oz can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Beef broth
To Serve
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Green Onions
  • Corn Bread

Method
 

  1. Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the onion and bell peppers and cook, stirring frequently, until slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes, breaking into small pieces until no longer pink.
    Add in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, sugar, and tomato paste, Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney, pinto, and black beans, and beef broth. Scrape the bottom of the Dutch oven to loosen any browned bits and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Keep in mind it thickens slightly as it cools. Season to taste towards the end of cooking.
    Serve topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, and corn bread if you like. ENJOY!

Notes

  • If your chili gets too thick, add a splash of broth to thin it back out to your preferred consistency.
