Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Strawberries, washed, hulled, and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Method
 

  1. Place strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in blender or food processor and pulse until all ingredients are smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into molds and freeze for 4-8 hours. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 15oz 2 cans Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice, from two lemons
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, or to taste
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil, plus more to drizzle
  • 4-5 tbsp Cold water, or to desired consistency
  • Serve with paprika

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients: chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, olive oil, and water and blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Add more ice water to reach desired consistency.
  2. To serve, transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and dust with paprika to taste. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 Pitted Dates
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a bowl soak Almonds in water for 8 hours or overnight. After soaking rinse almonds very well.
  2. Place almonds, dates, and cocoa powder in juicer. Turn on juicer and slowly add in the 4 cups of water.
  3. Strain in a nut milk bag, and pour into a glass. Mix in vanilla extract. ENJOY!
