Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Italian Sausage
  • 1 22oz Jar of Marinara
  • 1 15oz Jar of Alfredo
  • 1 Ib Pasta

Method
 

  1. Start by cooking your pasta, following the instructions on package.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat cook your Italian sausage. Mix in the sauces and let boil for a few minutes.
  3. Add in your cooked pasta and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Semi Chocolate chips (plus top with more)
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • scoops of vanilla ice cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugars and vanilla until well blended. Mix in eggs and blend until you get a light and fluffy texture.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly mix into wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Then fold in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips.
  5. Generously grease a cast iron skillet with butter. I used a 10'' cast iron skillet.
  6. Spread cookie dough into prepared skillet.
  7. Press about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips scattered all over the top of the giant cookie.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned on the edges and light browned on top. 
  9. When done, remove from oven and let cool for at least 5-10 minutes. Slice like a pie and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. ENJOY!

Notes

Cover with foil if you notice edges starting to get too dark early on in the baking.

Meat
  • 3 Chicken breasts, cooked
Produce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese, I used fiesta blend
  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Other
  • 6 Tortillas

Method
 

  1. First cook your chicken in your pan, then slice and place in a bowl and put aside
  2. Lay tortilla on a clean flat surface. Place the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, ranch and shredded cheese over. Fold tightly to form a burrito shape
  3. Heat a heavy duty pan or grill to medium heat. Cook wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is crispy and golden.
  4. Remove from heat, slice in half and enjoy!
