Smoked Turkey Sausage
1 Head Broccoli cut into florets or (1 1/2 cups broccoli florets)

Bell peppers of your choice, chopped ( I used 1 red and 1 green)

Olive oil

Large carrots, peeled and cut into coins

Large Sweet Potato, peeled and diced into 1/2" cubes

Italian seasoning

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Pepper

Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
Prep all the veggies and sausage and place on a a large baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive.
In a small bowl add all the spices and mix together, then sprinkle on top of the veggies.
Toss veggies with your hands until they are fully combined and coated with olive oil and spices.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Enjoy with rice!

Other veggies that are also great in this dish include zucchini, brussels sprouts, grape tomatoes.
