Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 12-16 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage
  • 1 Head Broccoli cut into florets or (1 1/2 cups broccoli florets)
  • 2 Bell peppers of your choice, chopped ( I used 1 red and 1 green)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Large carrots, peeled and cut into coins
  • 1 Large Sweet Potato, peeled and diced into 1/2" cubes
  • 1 tbsp  Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
  • Prep all the veggies and sausage and place on a a large baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive.
  • In a small bowl add all the spices and mix together, then sprinkle on top of the veggies.
  • Toss veggies with your hands until they are fully combined and coated with olive oil and spices.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Enjoy with rice!

Notes

  • Other veggies that are also great in this dish include zucchini, brussels sprouts, grape tomatoes.
