Chia Pudding
Chia seed pudding is one meal prep recipe I make every single week. This easy chia seed pudding recipe is a perfect healthy breakfast or snack!
Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup
- Top with Fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Add Chia seeds, milk, and honey to a mason jar. Stir to combine then let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again with a fork, this helps break up any clumps.
- Place in the refrigerator and let set for 3 hours or overnight. Add fresh fruit and ENJOY!
