Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 15 oz Can of Chickpeas
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Rinse and dry chickpeas thoroughly in between a kitchen towel, picking out any loose skins.
- Place the chickpeas into a small mixing bowl with all remaining ingredients and using a spoon, mix and coat all the chickpeas.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Cook at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Remove every 10 minutes and shake the tray so the chickpeas move around. Be careful not to leave in too long without checking as they can burn very quickly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before storing in an airtight container. ENJOY!
