Strawberry Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
Filling
- 2 pounds strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
Topping
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, cold
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Wash and remove the tops from the strawberries, and slice them up.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and butter. Mix it all together until you get a chunky crumble.
- In another large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice . Mix all together.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a baking dish, and top with crumble.
- Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
