Strawberry Shortcake Cake Recipe
This strawberry shortcake cake is a white cake, topped off with whipped cream, strawberry glaze, and fresh strawberries. Its super easy to make and delicious!
Strawberry Shortcake Cake Recipe
Ingredients

- 1 cup Strawberries, Fresh
Baking & Spices
- 1/2 cup Powder sugar
- 1 12.75 oz Premade Strawberry Glaze
- 1 box White Cake
- 2 cups Heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare white cake according to package and then pour in a 10 inch dish that's been prepared with non stick spray
- Bake for 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean, let cool for 10 minutes
- While cake is cooling start on whipped cream, beat together the heavy cream and powdered sugar making sure to not over beat
- Once cake is cooled flip the cake over and start to cut in half with a knife starting at edges and carefully working to the middle. Remove top of cake and place aside
- Add first layer of whipped cream, then place top of cake over
- Add strawberry glaze over then add two layers of whipped cream and then top off with fresh cut strawberries
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can also make vanilla cake or angel food cake if you would not want white cake.
