Banana Cheesecake Delight

If you love banana pudding, your going to love this easy banana cheesecake delight.

Method
- Place the cookies into a food processor and pulse a few times until you have fine crumbs. Add in the melted butter and continue to mix until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
- In a large mixing bowl, using a hand held mixer mix together the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding and milk. Then beat in the vanilla extract.
- Then spread the no-bake cheesecake filling over the crust. Place the sliced bananas on top of the cheesecake filling. Spread the pudding over the bananas.Finish by adding the whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best results.
- Top with fresh banana slices and additional vanilla wafers. ENJOY!
