Cheesy Meatball Casserole
Ingredients
Meat
- 1 lbs Ground beef
- 1 lbs Ground pork
Refrigerated
- 1 Egg
Baking & Spices
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion Power
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
Dairy
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
(Optional)
- Fresh Parsley to top off
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with hands until well combined
- Roll the mixture into 12-14 meatballs and place them in a greased casserole dish.
- Baking for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked and are a internal temperature of 165
- Drain the grease from the dish and pour the marinara sauce on top, along with the mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
- Top with parsley and enjoy!
