Chicken Fajitas Recipe

This easy one-pan Chicken Fajitas skillet meal makes the perfect quick dinner for the family. Loaded with fresh crisp peppers making your house smell delicious. Top these fajitas off with sour cream, cheese, and salsa.

- Rinse chicken breasts and then place into gallon storage bag
- Add 1/2 cup of Claude's Fajita sauce into the bag with the chicken
- Shake the bag with the sauce and chicken breasts very well
- Place bag in refrigerator and marinate for 30 min
- Place cast iron skillet onto your stove and put on medium-low heat
- Place the three chicken breasts into the cast iron skillet
- Cook east side of the breasts for 6 min or until chicken breasts reaches internal temperature of 165
- Let chicken breasts rest for 5 min
- Cut each chicken breasts into thin slices
- Rinse all three peppers & then cut the peppers into thin slices
- Place another cast iron skillet onto your stove and put on medium-low heat
- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil into your cast iron skillet
- Place the bell peppers into skillet and saute for 15 min
- Add 1 tsp of Salt onto the bell peppers
- Get a flour tortilla add 1 chicken breast and a handle full of peppers and top it off with a 1/4 cup of cheese
