Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
This chicken noodle stir fry is super quick and easy to make. Its a delicious dinner and is ready in 20 minutes. The family will definitely enjoy.
Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
Meat
- 2 Chicken breasts, boneless
Baking & Spices
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup Stir fry sauce, any brand
Frozen
- 1 bag Stir fry mix, any brand
Liquids
- Water, Hot
Other
- 1 8oz Brown Rice Noodles
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken then butterfly the chicken and then cut into thin slices
- Add olive oil to your pan and place the chicken in your pan and cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat
- Add stir fry mix and stir fry sauce and stir together continuing to cook for 5-8 minutes until chicken is fully cooked
- In your tea kettle add water and put on to heat the water.
- Place the brown rice noodles in a bowl and pour the hot water over the noodles and leave for 5 minutes
- Drain the noodles and spray with cold water
- Add the noodles to the pan with the stir fry mixture and stir together
- Enjoy!
Notes
This is a quick and easy stir fry, can use any brand of stir fry sauce and stir fry mix. If you like can substitute the noodles with rice.
