Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe
This amazing chocolate bundt cake starts with a cake mix and couldn’t be any easier. It’s super moist, delicious, and is topped off with an amazing chocolate glaze. You will definitely love this chocolate cake!
Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Cake Ingredients
Refrigerated
- 3 Eggs
Baking & Spices
- 1 4oz package Chocolate pudding mix, instant
- 1 package Devil's food cake mix
Oils & Vinegars
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
Liquids
- 1 Cup Water
Glaze Ingredients
- 2 Cups Chocolate chips, semi sweet
- 1 16oz Heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- With your stand mixer or in a large bowl mix together the eggs, instant pudding, devils food cake, water, and vegetable oil together until fully smoothed
- Spray your bundt pan with baking spray
- Pour the cake mixer into your bundt pan
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cake is set and a tester comes out clean
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the bundt pan
- Use a plate or cake stand to flip the bundt pan with your cake
- Top of the cake with the chocolate glaze and enjoy!
Chocolate Glaze
- In a sauce pan on low heat, heat the heavy cream and chocolate chips and stir together with a spatula until fully melted and smoothed
- Or you can pour the 2 ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds or until fully melted and fully smoothed and stir with a spatula
- Pour the glaze on top of the cake and enjoy!
Notes
Can have fun with it and add some extra toppings, I like to add white chocolate chips to it. Enjoy!
