Fried Rice

Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 12oz frozen peas and carrots
- 3 Green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a wok or large skillet over medium/high heat and add 2 Tbsp oil. Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Make a hole in the middle and add the eggs, salt, and cook until scrambled. While mixing in the onions into the eggs.
- Add in the rice and mix in with the scrambled eggs. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the vegetables and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in green onion, sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Add more soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. ENJOY!
Notes
1 1/2 cups of raw rice will make about 4 1/2 cups of cooked white rice.
