No-Bake Cheesecake | Cheesecake in a Jar
Make these simple no-bake cheesecake jars when you need a quick and crowd-pleasing dessert. These perfectly sized cheesecakes are as pretty as they are delicious.
Berry Cheesecake Jars
Ingredients
- 1 cup Graham cracker (crumbs)
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Berries
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1 tbsp of sugar. Divide evenly between 4 10-ounce wide-mouth jars; press firmly into even layer.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until it holds peaks; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Divide cream cheese mixture between jars; smooth top place cover on. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Top cheesecake jars with strawberries or any fruit just before serving. ENJOY!
