- 1/2 cup Rolled oats, old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cups Almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- Cinnamon
In a mason jar, add in: rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Stir to combine. Add in maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir until well combined then cover and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
