Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8oz thin pasta, or angel hair pasta

Method
 

  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the chicken broth and milk, stirring occasionally. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the pasta and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure the noodles don't stick together. Reduce the heat.
  4. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese, stir together until smooth and well-combined. Enjoy!
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Strawberries, washed, hulled, and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Method
 

  1. Place strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in blender or food processor and pulse until all ingredients are smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into molds and freeze for 4-8 hours. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 15oz 2 cans Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice, from two lemons
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, or to taste
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil, plus more to drizzle
  • 4-5 tbsp Cold water, or to desired consistency
  • Serve with paprika

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients: chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, olive oil, and water and blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Add more ice water to reach desired consistency.
  2. To serve, transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and dust with paprika to taste. ENJOY!
