Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats, old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cups cups Almond milk
  • 1 tsp  maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • Cinnamon
  • Chopped Pecans

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar add in all the ingredients. Stir until well combined then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To serve, top with chopped pecans and enjoy!

  • 2 Hashbrowns
  • 4 Bacon
  • 5 Scrambled Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese

Method
 

  1. Make Mini Pancakes can find recipe in notes below.
  2. Cook sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, and eggs on griddle.
  3. To build your bowl, start off with adding the mini pancakes into bowl, then after eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and top with maple syrup.

Ingredients
  

Meatloaf Ingredients
  • 2 lbs  Ground beef, 85% lean
  • 1 Small white onion, chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Plain bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well to combine.
    Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  3. Bake meatloaf uncovered at 375˚F for 40 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce. Spread the sauce over meatloaf then return to oven and bake additional 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160˚F. Rest meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
