Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar with a hand-held mixer. Add vanilla, pumpkin puree and egg and beat until combined and light and fluffy.
- Then add the dry ingredient mixture and beat until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop the cookie dough onto your prepared cookie sheet, making sure to evenly space them. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Bake in preheat oven to 375 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until cookies look set. Let cool for 3 minutes, ENJOY!
