Sausage Gravy

This creamy sausage gravy is made with simple ingredients, but yet super DELICIOUS. Serve over homemade biscuits for the best biscuits and gravy!

Method
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground sausage and cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 5-8 minutes. (Use a wooden spoon to break up the sausage into small pieces.)
- Stir in the flour until no white powder remains.
- Add in milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is thickened, 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over biscuits. ENJOY!
