Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Fall off the bone tender, juicy smoked baby back ribs that are cooked with a delicious dry rub. Make these smoked ribs and you will become known for smoking ribs!

Smoked Baby Back Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
Meat
- 3 lb Baby back ribs
Baking & Spices
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Dry rub
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup Any brand of barbecue sauce
Dairy
- 4 tbsp Butter
Other
- Hickory & Pecan pellets
Instructions
- Set grill/smoker up to 250 degrees
- Place ribs on sheet and remove membrane
- Rub mustard on each side of ribs and add dry rub of your choice to both sides of ribs
- Place rack of ribs on grill and let cook until they reach a internal temperature of 165 degrees
- Place foil sheet on counter then add the butter and brown sugar then place ribs meat side down then wrap them up
- Place back on grill and let cook until they reach internal temperature of 200 degrees
- Take ribs back off grill and unwrap them
- Lather both sides of the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce
- Place back on grill for about 15 minutes or until barbecue sauces glazes
