Smoked Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 3 lb Baby back ribs
Baking & Spices
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Dry rub
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup Any brand of barbecue sauce
Dairy
  • 4 tbsp Butter
Other
  • Hickory & Pecan pellets

Method
 

  1. Set grill/smoker up to 250 degrees
  2. Place ribs on sheet and remove membrane
  3. Rub mustard on each side of ribs and add dry rub of your choice to both sides of ribs
  4. Place rack of ribs on grill and let cook until they reach a internal temperature of 165 degrees
  5. Place foil sheet on counter then add the butter and brown sugar then place ribs meat side down then wrap them up
  6. Place back on grill and let cook until they reach internal temperature of 200 degrees
  7. Take ribs back off grill and unwrap them
  8. Lather both sides of the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce
  9. Place back on grill for about 15 minutes or until barbecue sauces glazes
  10. Enjoy!
