Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 3 lb Baby back ribs

Baking & Spices

  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Dry rub
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup Any brand of barbecue sauce

Dairy

  • 4 tbsp Butter

Other

  • Hickory & Pecan pellets

Instructions
 

  • Set grill/smoker up to 250 degrees
  • Place ribs on sheet and remove membrane
  • Rub mustard on each side of ribs and add dry rub of your choice to both sides of ribs
  • Place rack of ribs on grill and let cook until they reach a internal temperature of 165 degrees
  • Place foil sheet on counter then add the butter and brown sugar then place ribs meat side down then wrap them up
  • Place back on grill and let cook until they reach internal temperature of 200 degrees
  • Take ribs back off grill and unwrap them
  • Lather both sides of the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce
  • Place back on grill for about 15 minutes or until barbecue sauces glazes
