Taco Lasagna Recipe
This easy and delicious taco lasagna is perfect for the family. It’s loaded with ground chicken and a cheese sauce, with flour tortillas and topped off with shredded cheese. It’s a Hispanic inspired dish the whole family will love!

Ingredients
Meat
- 3 Chicken Breasts
Bread & Baked Goods
- 6 Flour Tortillas
Baking & Spices
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Champion chicken
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Dry rub (original)
Dairy
- 2 cups Shredded fiesta cheese
- 1/4 cup Salted Butter
- 1 QT Heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degree
- Place the 3 chicken breasts onto a flat pan
- Spray both sides of each chicken breasts with butter non-sticking spray
- Season the chicken breasts with the paprika, champion chicken, pepper and salt
- Place the chicken breasts into your oven and bake for 25min or until chicken breasts reaches internal temperature of 165
- Place the chicken breasts into a blender and pulse until all chicken breasts are shredded
- In a pot, make the cheese sauce by melting the butter over medium-low heat
- Add the heavy cream to the melted butter and gently mix with a whisk
- Gently mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese into the pot with a whisk until the cheese is fully melted
- Add the 1 tbsp. of paprika and dry rub (original) seasoning to the melted cheese mixture
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare baking dish with non-stick spray
- Place two flour tortillas on bottom of the dish
- Add half of the ground chicken on top of the flour tortillas
- Add 1/3 of the cheese sauce mixture over the chicken
- Repeat steps 14 & 15 one more time
- Place the last 2 flour tortillas on top and top them off with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Bake for 10min or until cheese is melted
Notes
If your chicken breasts have not gotten to an internal temperature of 165 by the 25min bake time you just need to flip each chicken breasts over and place back into your oven to cook longer. Enjoy!
