Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Graham cracker (crumbs)
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup  Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Berries

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1 tbsp of sugar. Divide evenly between 4 10-ounce wide-mouth jars; press firmly into even layer.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until it holds peaks; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  • Divide cream cheese mixture between jars; smooth top place cover on. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Top cheesecake jars with strawberries or any fruit just before serving. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

Cookies

  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 2 cups All purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

Coating

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add in the flour, pecans, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Scoop and roll the dough into about 1 inch balls and place them on the baking sheet (a small ice cream scoop makes it easy and exact). You should get about 28-30 cookies.
  • Bake the cookies until they are lightly golden, about 12 to 14 minutes.
  • Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool for 5 minutes or until cool enough to handle and fill a bowl with powdered sugar and roll the cookies in it you want them to be warm (not hot). Place back onto wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once the cookies have cooled completely, roll the cookies one last time in the powdered sugar. ENJOY!

  • 1 Box Chocolate cake mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Milk

For topping

  • 3.9 oz Box of chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1-2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Other

  • Non stick spray

For serving

  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions
 

  • Beat together cake mix, oil, eggs, and milk with an electric hand mixer for a few minutes until batter is smooth.
  • Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray so the cake won't stick. Pour mixture into the slow cooker and smooth over the bottom.
  • In another bowl mix the pudding mix and milk until combined. Let thicken for a few minutes. Then pour over the top, do not stir. Then sprinkle chocolate chips over top without stirring. 
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 and 1/2 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. You'll know when it is done when the outsides and top set up like a sponge and the middle will be gooey. Serve with vanilla ice cream. ENJOY!
