Ingredients
  

  • 1LB Ground beef
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 10oz can of Rotel diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • Tortilla chips, party size
  • Toppings of your choice

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium high heat brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
    Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix in the can of Rotel tomatoes and let cook for a few minutes.
    Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover with a lid and let cook until the cheese is melted.
  3. Arrange the chips on a serving platter or baking dish in a single layer and carefully pour over the beef and cheese mixture.
    Serve with your favorite toppings and ENJOY!

  • 1 Can of Rotel diced tomatoes, 10oz
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 16oz Pasta

Method
 

  1. In a large sauce pan over medium high heat brown the ground beef. Add in the diced onion and cook for a few minutes.
    Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add in the can of Rotel tomatoes and tomato paste and let cook for a few minutes.
    Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Once the pasta is done mix in the shredded cheese. ENJOY!
