Ingredients
  

Produce
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Strawberries
Condiments
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey
Other
  • 3 tbsp Water
Desserts
  • 2 tbsp Gelatin, Unflavored

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients except gelatin into a food processor or high power blender and mix until fruit puree is smooth. Pour puree into a saucepan.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin in, one tbsp at a time, and whisking after each tbsp so that the gelatin does not clump up. Bring mixture to a low-medium heat and stir constantly until gelatin is completely dissolved. When gelatin is completely dissolved, removed from stove.
  3. Place mixture over silicon mold and use a scraper to help fill in or can use a butter knife as well.
  4. Place in fridge and let set for 30 minutes. Once they are done carefully pop the gummy bears right out of the silicon. Enjoy!

  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 lb Pepper Jack Cheese

  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. In a sauce pan on medium-high heat add in the cheese, sour cream, and milk let cook for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  2. Once the cheese is fully melted, add in the green chile, and season with salt and garlic powder to your taste. Let cook until everything is heated.
  3. If the queso is still to thick just add in more milk to thin it out to your desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy!

  • 1 Egg
Baking & Spices
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
Snacks
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, semi sweet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place melted butter and sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on low speed using the paddle attachment until smooth.
  3. Then add in egg and vanilla extract and mix on medium speed until combined. Mix in baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder and then slowly mix in the flour and continue to mix until the batter is smooth and comes together. Slowly mix in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, and then place in refrigerator and let chill for 1 hour.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Enjoy!
