Two Ingredient dough Pretzel Bites with Cheese Sauce
These two Ingredient dough Pretzel Bites are SUPER easy to make with no yeast and no waiting for dough to rise. These pretzel bites are so soft and so good, once you try this recipe you’ll be hooked! The cheese sauce is delicious!
Soft Pretzel Bites

Baking & Spices
- 1 cup Self-rising Flour
- 1 tbsp Pretzel salt
Dairy
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Pretzel Bites
- Put the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in the bowl of a stand mixer, mix on low speed using the dough hook attachment until combined.
- Then knead at a medium speed for a few minutes until a ball forms. If the dough is to sticky, add more self-rising flour a little at a time.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle the top with some flour, knead a couple of times, and form the dough into a ball. Then cut the dough ball into four wedges.
- Roll each piece of dough into a long rope. Cut each rope into small segments.
- Place them on a baking sheet that's been prepared with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush pretzel bites with melted butter, and sprinkle with pretzel salt or kosher salt.
- Enjoy!
Cheese sauce
- In a sauce pan on medium high heat add the butter and let melt.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute.
- Whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add in the cheese and continue to cook until cheese is fully melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
