Vanilla Mug Cake Recipe
An easy microwave Vanilla Mug Cake (made without eggs) the fastest way to make dessert for one or two. This easy vanilla mug cake is moist and with a delicious vanilla flavor and tons of sprinkles.
Vanilla Mug Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 3 tbsp Milk, I used Almond milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Sprinkles
Instructions
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a mug and stir together.
- Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth, being sure to scrape the bottom of the mug. Then stir in sprinkles.
- Then microwave for 70-80 seconds (until cake is just set, but still barely shiny on top). Allow to rest in microwave for 1 minute before consuming.
