Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies makes the best, easy, and filling dinner that the whole family will love! This quick 20-minute meal is full of flavor, and also great for meal-prep!
Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies
Ingredients
- 12-16 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage
- 1 Head Broccoli cut into florets or (1 1/2 cups broccoli florets)
- 2 Bell peppers of your choice, chopped ( I used 1 red and 1 green)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Large carrots, peeled and cut into coins
- 1 Large Sweet Potato, peeled and diced into 1/2" cubes
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
- Prep all the veggies and sausage and place on a a large baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive.
- In a small bowl add all the spices and mix together, then sprinkle on top of the veggies.
- Toss veggies with your hands until they are fully combined and coated with olive oil and spices.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Enjoy with rice!

- Other veggies that are also great in this dish include zucchini, brussels sprouts, grape tomatoes.
