Fudgy Brownie Recipe
These are the best fudgy brownies and they are super easy to make. Everyone loves a fudgy brownie and with this recipe guarantees you will never go back to a boxed brownie mix.
Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
Baking & Spices
- 1 Cup Brown sugar
- 1 Cup White sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Cup All purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Snacks
- 1 Cup Chocolate chunks, semi sweet
Dairy
- 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
Refrigerated
- 4 Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare a 9×9 square pan with parchment paper, cut the edges of the paper and fold then place in pan and set aside
- Combine sugars, vegetable oil, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and continue to whisk together
- Sift in the flour, cocoa, and salt. Then fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients unitl combined
- Fold in the chocolate chunks
- Pour the batter into prepared pan, smooth the top out evenly, and top with remaining chocolate chunks
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center of the brownies no longer jiggles and is just set the touch
- After 10 minutes, carefully remove them from pan and slice brownies and serve.

Notes
I bake my brownies on the top rack in the oven. I find the middle rack cooks them faster, slightly burns them on the top and dries them out.
