Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
  

Baking & Spices

  • 1 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Cup White sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup All purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Snacks

  • 1 Cup Chocolate chunks, semi sweet

Dairy

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted

Refrigerated

  • 4 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Prepare a 9×9 square pan with parchment paper, cut the edges of the paper and fold then place in pan and set aside
  • Combine sugars, vegetable oil, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla and continue to whisk together
  • Sift in the flour, cocoa, and salt. Then fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients unitl combined
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks
  • Pour the batter into prepared pan, smooth the top out evenly, and top with remaining chocolate chunks
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center of the brownies no longer jiggles and is just set the touch
  • After 10 minutes, carefully remove them from pan and slice brownies and serve.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

I bake my brownies on the top rack in the oven. I find the middle rack cooks them faster, slightly burns them on the top and dries them out.
