This Creamy Grape Salad is a perfect side dish for the Holidays, and great for a summer BBQ. With just a few minutes of prep and a couple of simple ingredients, you will have a crunchy, creamy, and sweet salad that everyone will love!

Grape Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pounds Grapes (seedless, green or red or combination of both)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp Brown Sugar

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry grapes and place aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract and beat together until fully blended.
  3. Add grapes and mix until they are fully coated. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate over night.
  4. Prior to serving, sprinkle more brown sugar, pecans. ENJOY!
