Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream

This homemade chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is super easy to make and delicious. No ice cream machine needed!
Chocolate chip cookie dough Ice cream recipe
Ingredients
Baking & Spices
- 1 cup Chocolate chips, mini
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
Dairy
- 1 stick Butter, softened
- 1 (14oz) can Condensed milk, sweet
- 2 Cups Heavy whipping cream, (1 pint)
- 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Add the butter and sugar in your stand mixer bowl and cream together using the paddle attachment
- Add in the milk and vanilla extract and give it a quick mix
- Mix in the flour
- Add the mini chocolate chips and mix with a spatula
- Scoop out the dough and roll into balls (I got total of 25)
- Add the heavy cream and vanilla to the bowl of your stand mixer and whip together until stiff peaks for about 5 minutes
- Add in the sweetened condensed milk and whisk together until fully combined
- Set aside about 10 cookie dough balls for the top of the ice cream
- Mix the rest into the mixture
- Pour in a metal loaf pan
- Top off with cookie dough and mini chocolate chips
- Freeze over night
Notes
A glass loaf pan will work, but a metal pan will freeze the ice cream better.
