Homemade Dinner Rolls Recipe
These dinner rolls are super soft, fluffy, and super easy to make. They are the best dinner rolls!
Homemade Dinner Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
Refrigerated
- 1 Egg
Baking & Spices
- 1 package Active dry yeast
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Dairy
- 2 tbsp Butter
Liquids
- 1 cup Warm water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except for 1 cup of flour) in a bowl and mix together for about 1 minute using the a dough hook
- Continue mixing and slowly add the last cup of flour until the dough is soft and just slightly sticky
- Place dough on a floured surface and knead 3 times, patting into ball shape
- Cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 90 minutes
- Place the dough on a floured surface and divide into 8 pieces if you like the rolls to be large if you would like them to be a normal roll size divide into 16 pieces. Shape into balls
- Place in a dish that's been prepared with non stick spray and cover with kitchen towel and let rise for 30 minutes
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the top of the rolls are golden brown
