Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Self rising flour, +Extra for kneading and rolling
  • 1 cup  Greek yogurt Plain, Non fat
Pizza Toppings
  • 1 Jar Jar of Pizza sauce – or homemade
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  •  Mini pepperonis
  •  Heart Cookie Cutter

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add flour and yogurt. Use a spoon to mix it together into a rough sticky ball.
  2. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead it into a ball of dough. Sprinkle some more flour, if the dough is too sticky. 
  3.  Roll out the pizza dough and begin cutting hearts with the heart-shaped cookie cutter. Take leftover dough and form it into a ball then roll it out with a rolling pin until it's flat. Then cut more hearts until you run out of pizza dough.
  4. Place the heart-shaped pizzas onto a baking sheet that's been prepared with parchment paper. Add pizza sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add on pepperoni.
  5. Then bake in a prepared 350 degree oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Then serve warm and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

Vanilla Cake Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 4 Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup Buttermilk, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Buttercream Frosting Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Set flour mixture aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer (or stand mixer), beat butter and sugar on medium-high speed for 5-7 minutes until thick and fluffy, scraping down the bowl as needed.
  3. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well with each addition. Add vanilla extract and beat to combine.
  4. Reduce mixer to medium speed and add the flour mixture in thirds alternating with the 1 cup of room temperature buttermilk, allowing the flour and buttermilk to incorporate with each addition. Scrape down the bowl as needed and beat until just combined and smooth
  5. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Butter and flour two 9" cake pans, tapping out excess flour.
  6. Divide batter evenly between 2 prepared cake pans and spread out the batter into the pans smoothing out the tops with a spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Rest in pans for 10 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely before applying frosting.
  7. While cakes are cooling, In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or handheld electric mixer), beat butter on high speed for 3-5 minutes or until lightened in color and whipped, scraping down the bowl as needed.
  8. Then sift 4 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Reduce mixer to medium-low speed and add powdered sugar one Tablespoon at a time, letting it incorporate with each addition. Add powdered sugar to taste and beat until it is fully incorporated, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
  9. Add salt, then Vanilla Extract, beating until incorporated.
  10. Add 3 Tbsp heavy cream or milk, 1 Tbsp at a time, and adding it to the desired consistency. Beat another minute until whipped and well combined.
  11. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef 85% lean
  • 1 lb Ziti pasta or penne pasta
  • 1 Small Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 1/2 cups Mariana Sauce
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions until just aldente then drain (do not overcook since they will continue to cook in the oven).
  2. In a deep pan or dutch oven, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion, breaking up the beef with a spatula, until beef is fully cooked through and onions are softened (5-7 minutes). Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and sautee another minute. Add 4 1/2 cups of marinara, bring to a simmer and continue cooking 5 minutes then turn off the heat.
  3. Spread a ladle of meat sauce over the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish.
  4. Into the remaining sauce, add in the ricotta. Add cooked pasta and stir just until noodles are coated (you want to keep that ricotta texture)
  5. Transfer the pasta to the casserole dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan
  6. Bake at 350˚F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes then serve. ENJOY!
