Ingredients
  

  • 1/2lb Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 10oz Can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 8oz Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, then drain off any excess grease.
    Season with all the seasonings.
  2. Add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and cheese to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low and stir occasionally until the cheese has completely melted into a smooth, creamy sauce.
  3. Gently toss the cooked noodles in the cheesy mixture until everything is coated and combined. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ground Italian sausage
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 10oz can of Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 24oz Frozen Tortellini

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat cook and crumble the sausage and diced onions until the onions are softened and the sausage is cooked through, for about 8-10 minutes. Drain grease. Then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Transfer the cooked sausage to your crockpot, the tortellini, chicken broth, rotel diced tomatoes, and all the seasonings. Stir everything together gently.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours.
  4. Gently stir in the spinach and cream cheese. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
    ENJOY!
