Ingredients
  

Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup White sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
Refrigerated
  • 1 Egg
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
Desserts
  • 1 cup M&M candies, red, white, and blue

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl add the melted butter and sugars and mix until smooth
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
  4. Then add the baking soda, salt, and flour and fold in
  5. Then fold in the M&M's
  6. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden brown
  8. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

Produce
  • 4 Avocados
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1/4 cup White onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato, chopped
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the avocado out of the skin and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Using the back of a fork, mash the avocado against the sides of the bowl until its creamy. You can make your guacamole as smooth or chunky as you like.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together, until fully combined. Taste, adjust seasoning as needed and enjoy!

Notes

Be sure to look for avocados that are nice and ripe. You can tell that they are ripe when you press them with your thumb and their slightly soft. If you cant find any ripe avocados, when you get home place in a paper bag and they will ripen with 2-3 days.

No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  

For the Crust:
  • 24 Oreos
  • 4 tbsp tbsp Melted butter
For the no-bake cheesecake:
  • 16 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 18 Oreos, crushed
Topping (optional)
  • 6-8 Oreos

Method
 

To make the crust:
  1. Add the oreos to a food processor and process until you have fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl, then add the melted butter in and mix until the crumbs are moistened.
  2. Scoop the mixture into a 9 inch spring form pan, and firmly press it down into one even layer. Place in freezer to let chill while you make the cheesecake filling.
To make the cheesecake:
  1. In a stand mixer using the whisk attachment, or in a large mixing bowl using a hand held mixer, pour the heavy cream in and beat until stiff peaks for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, your going to beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  3. Then add the whipped cream in with the cream cheese mixture and gently fold it in. Then fold in the chopped oreos.
  4. Remove the spring form pan from the freezer, scoop the cheesecake filling onto crust and use a spatula to even out the top.
  5. Cover tightly and transfer into the refrigerator to chill for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
  6. Enjoy!
