Ingredients
  

Baking & Spices
  • 2 cups Sugar
Produce
  • 4 lbs Lemons
Liquids
  • 2 cups Water

Method
 

  1. Cut the lemons in half, juice each lemon through a strainer into a glass measuring cup. Continue to juice until you have 2 cups of lemon juice.
  2. Pour water into a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar. Continue cooking over heat until sugar is dissolved and liquids look clear again.
  3. Combine the sugar solution with the lemon juice. This is a lemonade concentrate.
  4. When ready to serve, add water and ice to taste. Enjoy!

  • Salt, for taste

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the vegetable oil
  2. Cut the tortillas into fours and place in oil, let cook for 15-30 seconds or until lightly golden
  3. Transfer to a paper towel and sprinkle salt over
  4. Serve and enjoy!

  • 3 Chicken breasts, cooked

  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese, I used fiesta blend
  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Other
  • 6 Tortillas

Method
 

  1. First cook your chicken in your pan, then slice and place in a bowl and put aside
  2. Lay tortilla on a clean flat surface. Place the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, ranch and shredded cheese over. Fold tightly to form a burrito shape
  3. Heat a heavy duty pan or grill to medium heat. Cook wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is crispy and golden.
  4. Remove from heat, slice in half and enjoy!
