Garlic Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound Large Shrimp
Produce
  • 1/4 cup  Parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Other
  • Bamboo Skewers

Method
 

  1. Add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and spices to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
  2. Place the shrimp in a large bowl and pour the marinade on top of the shrimp. Mix together gently until the shrimp are well coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to an hour.
  4. Thread the shrimp on the skewers
  5. Heat a grill or grill pan on medium high heat.
  6. Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  7. Remove the shrimp to a plate and spoon the remaining marinade on top before serving. ENJOY!

Baking & Spices
  • 1 cup Self-rising Flour
  • 1 tbsp Pretzel salt
Dairy
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

Pretzel Bites
  1. Put the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in the bowl of a stand mixer, mix on low speed using the dough hook attachment until combined.
  2. Then knead at a medium speed for a few minutes until a ball forms. If the dough is to sticky, add more self-rising flour a little at a time.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle the top with some flour, knead a couple of times, and form the dough into a ball. Then cut the dough ball into four wedges.
  4. Roll each piece of dough into a long rope. Cut each rope into small segments.
  5. Place them on a baking sheet that's been prepared with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Brush pretzel bites with melted butter, and sprinkle with pretzel salt or kosher salt.
  7. Enjoy!
Cheese sauce
  1. In a sauce pan on medium high heat add the butter and let melt.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute.
  3. Whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add in the cheese and continue to cook until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Enjoy!

  • 1 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 lbs Ground pork

  • 1 Egg
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Power
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
(Optional)
  • Fresh Parsley to top off

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with hands until well combined
  3. Roll the mixture into 12-14 meatballs and place them in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Baking for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked and are a internal temperature of 165
  5. Drain the grease from the dish and pour the marinara sauce on top, along with the mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
  6. Top with parsley and enjoy!
