Ingredients
  

Soup
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Small diced Onion
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 24oz Jar Pasta Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 10 Broken Lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Cheese Topping
  • 15oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat cook onion, minced garlic and ground beef until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
    Season with Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, oregano, and parsley.
  2. Mix in the tomato paste and fresh basil, then pour in pasta sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
    Bring to a boil and add in broken lasagna noodles and let cook for 10-15 minutes, until the pasta is al dente.
    Sprinkle on top the mozzarella cheese.
    To serve, spoon the soup into bowls and top with a dollop of the cheese mixture. ENJOY!
Cheese Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.

Ingredients
  

Cookies
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 15oz Can of pumpkin puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
Filling
  • 4oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Powder sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Method
 

Cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla, until well combined. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared pan about 1 inch apart.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire cooling rack and let cool completely.
Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla together on medium-low speed until smooth.
  2. With the mixer on low, gradually beat in the powdered sugar until fully combined. Transfer to a piping bag if desired.
  3. Pipe or spread frosting on the flat side of half of the cookies. Press another cookie onto the frosting creating sandwiches. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Store whoopie pies covered and refrigerated for up to 1 week. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 2 10.5 Cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 6oz pack of Stuffing mix Chicken flavor

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the Crockpot.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and mix together.
    Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
    The last 30 minutes of cook time sprinkle the stuffing mixture on top. Top with the butter and continue to cook for the last 30 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Always make sure that the chicken is fully cooked and has reached an internal temperature of at least 165º degrees Fahrenheit.
