Blueberry Pancakes
These homemade blueberry pancakes are easy to make, soft, and fluffy. Filled with fresh berries and bursting with flavor. Served with homemade syrup!

Baking & Spices
- 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp White sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Dairy
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
Refrigerated
- 1 Egg
Homemade syrup
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Blueberry pancakes
- In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and whisk together, then add the wet ingredients and whisk together until fully combined
- Pour the batter in a 24 oz batter dispenser or can use a ice cream scoop
- Heat a non stick pan on medium-low heat
- Dispense pancakes in the pan, add blue berries and let cook for about 1 minute then flip and only cook for 15 seconds
- Enjoy!
Homemade syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a glass measuring cup, then stir.
- Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute and stir
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
