Breakfast Sliders

These Breakfast Sliders are a delicious breakfast/brunch recipe that is easy to prepare and throw in the oven. The flavor combination of Hawaiian Rolls, sausage, scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and the best maple syrup glaze, make these breakfast sliders a family favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 6 Large Eggs, scrambled
  • 12 Sausage Patties, I Used Butterball Turkey Sausage Patties
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 4-6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Warm large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add sausage patties to skillet and cook until completely cooked through. In another skillet over medium high heat make your scambled eggs.
  • Meanwhile, using a serrated knife, cut rolls in half lengthwise (without breaking apart). Place bottom half of rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish and set tops aside.
  • Scoop scrambled eggs onto bottom rolls; top with pepper jack cheese. Place sausage on top of pepper jack cheese then top with top buns.
  • Combine melted butter and maple syrup in small bowl. Brush over tops of rolls allowing sauce to drip down sides and into bottom. 
  • Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Serve and Enjoy!
