Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Baby spinach
  • 1 Banana, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks

Turkey Ranch Club Mason Jar Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Wide mouth 32-ounce mason jars
  • 8 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • 10 oz Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1/2 pound Smoked sliced turkey chopped
  • 1 cup  Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 Slices of Turkey Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 3 cups  Romaine

Method
 

  1. Divide all the ingredients among the 3 mason jar containers. Start with the dressing then the tomatoes, turkey, cheese, bacon and finish with romaine. Store in the refrigerator up to 3-5 days.
  2. When ready to eat shake the mason jar and ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar 
  • 1 20-ounce can pineapple slices (drained)
  • Maraschino cherries
For the Cake
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp  baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 
  • 2 Eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Reserved pineapple juice

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Pour the melted butter in a 9 inch square pan and then evenly sprinkle with the brown sugar. Arrange pineapple slices over the brown sugar. Place a cherry in center of each pineapple slice.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat butter until creamy. Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until well combined. Beat in the vanilla extract.
  6. Beating on low speed, add a third of the flour, milk and pineapple juice beating just until combined. Continue alternating with the remaining flour, milk, and juice until well combined.
  7.  Pour the cake batter over the pineapples. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 5-10 minutes and then top the pan with a plate, pan or serving dish, then carefully flip the cake/dish over. Serve warm and ENJOY!
