  • 2/3 cups Almond milk
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashew Butter (any kind of nut butter will work)

Baking & Spices

  • Mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions
 

  • In a microwaveable bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, nut butter, and maple syrup
  • Place bowl in microwave and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir oatmeal and place back in microwave. Cook for another minute.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes before topping with cashew butter and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp

Produce

  • 1/4 cup  Parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced

Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Other

  • Bamboo Skewers

Instructions
 

  • Add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and spices to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
  • Place the shrimp in a large bowl and pour the marinade on top of the shrimp. Mix together gently until the shrimp are well coated.
  • Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Thread the shrimp on the skewers
  • Heat a grill or grill pan on medium high heat.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Remove the shrimp to a plate and spoon the remaining marinade on top before serving. ENJOY!

Pretzel Bites

Baking & Spices

  • 1 cup Self-rising Flour
  • 1 tbsp Pretzel salt

Dairy

  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Cheese Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Pretzel Bites

  • Put the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in the bowl of a stand mixer, mix on low speed using the dough hook attachment until combined.
  • Then knead at a medium speed for a few minutes until a ball forms. If the dough is to sticky, add more self-rising flour a little at a time.
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle the top with some flour, knead a couple of times, and form the dough into a ball. Then cut the dough ball into four wedges.
  • Roll each piece of dough into a long rope. Cut each rope into small segments.
  • Place them on a baking sheet that's been prepared with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Brush pretzel bites with melted butter, and sprinkle with pretzel salt or kosher salt.
  • Enjoy!

Cheese sauce

  • In a sauce pan on medium high heat add the butter and let melt.
  • Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute.
  • Whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer.
  • Add in the cheese and continue to cook until cheese is fully melted.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!
