Easter Bunny Chow

Ingredients
  

Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, semi sweet mini
  • 1 10oz Easter M&M's
  • 1 10oz Hershey Chocolate eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Powder sugar
Dairy
  • 1/3 cup Butter
Snacks
  • 6 cups Chex Mix

Method
 

  1. Combine peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl
  2. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then stir until melted and creamy
  3. Add vanilla and stir
  4. In a large bowl with a cover, pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Cover and shake well until cereal is evenly coated
  5. Add powdered sugar over cereal. Cover and shake well until cereal is evenly coated
  6. Add the M&M's and Hershey eggs and any other toppings of your choice
  7. Enjoy!

Cinnamon Sugar Bunnies Recipe

Ingredients
  

Refrigerated
  • 1 Package of frozen puff pastry sheets (17.3oz) 2 come in a package
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Melted butter
Baking & spices
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1 Tube Pink frosting ( See Notes)

Method
 

  1. Unfold both pasty sheets and brush the melted butter over both pastry sheets making sure to not get the sides
  2. Pour the cinnamon sugar over the butter on one of the pastry sheets making sure to not get the sides
  3. Brush water along each side
  4. Top with the second pastry sheet with the buttery side down
  5. Use a fork to crimp the edges where you brushed the water
  6. Use a pizza cutter and slice the pastry going from side to side into narrow strips until you have 11 strips
  7. Take each strip and twist is twice to make a shape for the bunnies ears, with leaving an open circle at the bottom and the two crimped ends pointing up
  8. Place the twisted strips on a cookie sheet that's been lined with non stick liner
  9. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 min or until the pastry is golden brown
  10. Cool for 10 minutes
  11. Now add the bunnies tail with the frosting

Notes

You can use homemade frosting or store bought frosting, which ever you prefer. I got the pink frosting that comes in a tube in the cake section and use the star looking tip that it comes with.

  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt

  • 14 oz The Authentic New Mexican Hot Red Chile

  • Shredded cheese, hand full
Other
  • Frito's, hand full

  • Instant Pot

Method
 

  1. Rinse the beans
  2. Fill the pot a little than half way with water
  3. Add the beans to the pot with water then add the olive oil
  4. Put the lid on the instant pot then turn your instant pot on. Press manual and set for 60 minutes.
  5. While the beans are cooking start on the red Chile. Get a sauce pan put red chile in the pan and put the stove to medium heat.
  6. Let chile cook for about 15 minutes
  7. Once the beans are done, take the lid off and then had some salt to the beans
  8. Add some Frito's in a bowl, following with some beans, Chile, and shredded cheese
  9. Can also top it off with some tomatoes, onions, lettuce or anything of your choice
  10. Enjoy!

  • 1 Cup White Chocolate chips

  1. In a large bowl or stand mixer cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract, followed by the salt, baking soda, and baking powder
  3. Scrape bowl as needed
  4. Mix in the flour until fully Incorporated and no streaks remain
  5. Stir in chocolate chips with spatula
  6. Chill cookie dough for 1 hour or until it is thoroughly chilled
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  8. Line a baking sheet with a non stick baking paper
  9. Scoop dough using a large cookie scoop, spacing 2-3 inches apart on prepared baking sheet
  10. Bake for 12 min
  11. Transfer to a wire rack to cool
